SolutionStatsSolution-level statistics: per-node counters + their sums (PLW-39284 §1.3/1.4). Deleted member records still contribute (their logs persist and the story lists deleted nodes with stats); aggregation is record-scoped and elevated — the solution-level Switch gate is the ACL boundary.
